I'm Andrew from Sheffield, and I'm the CEO and founder of FoodcomplianceHQ. I started FoodcomplianceHQ in 2023 to ensure everyone has access to affordable, accessible training. I'm a passionate leader dedicated to creating top-notch online training courses and materials. At FoodcomplianceHQ, I ensure all our learning content is accessible, engaging, and tailored to meet everyone's needs. My focus on innovative course design and user-friendly learning management systems reflects my commitment to delivering impactful and effective online education. I hope you enjoy our courses!

Regulatory & Technical Consultant

Jo Small

Jo is a BSc (Hons) Food Science graduate with extensive experience across the food industry. She began her career in laboratory roles with a flavouring, emulsifier, and stabiliser manufacturer, progressing through a Management Training Programme into multiple Technical Manager roles spanning meat, bakery, ready meals, sauces, and fresh produce. Throughout her career, she has led major improvement projects in food safety, quality, and site standards — including the renovation of a production facility to secure a retailer listing within eight months, and the creation of QA systems from scratch. She has also managed technical budgets and recruitment, including building and scaling technical teams. In 2017, she founded her own Food Safety & Auditing Consultancy, supporting both national restaurant brands and SMEs with BRCGS audit preparation, site development, and ongoing compliance. Consultancy achievements include helping clients achieve and maintain consistent AA* grades during unannounced inspections. She was awarded a Fellowship by the Institute of Food Science & Technology in 2021, recognising her outstanding contribution to the industry.

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Jodson Santos

Jodson has 10 years of experience in information security. He began his career as a software developer, focusing on web and mobile applications. In recent years, Jodson has dedicated himself exclusively to offensive security (red team), secure software development, and digital fraud.
