Course Details

Working in pubs, bars, nightclubs, and other licensed venues means operating in dynamic, high-pressure environments where alcohol, crowds, and late-night trading can quickly turn minor issues into major incidents. Staff are often on the front line of conflict, facing everything from customer disputes and verbal abuse to harassment, intoxication, and disorderly behaviour. Without the right preparation, these situations can escalate rapidly, placing both staff and customers at risk.
